Dr. Terry L. Gueldner MD, FACS,  is a General, Thoracic, and Laparoscopic Surgeon who has practiced in the Manitowoc, Wisconsin area for over 25 years.  He specializes in cancer screening, treatment, and surgery, as well as many other diagnostic evaluations and surgical procedures.  Dr. Gueldner founded the Wisconsin Vein Center in 2004 to offer expert consultation and treatment for venous disorders, such as varicose and spider veins.

Dr. Gueldner is committed to providing expert, trustworthy, and compassionate surgical care for his patients with the same respect and dignity that he would want for members of his own family.  Welcome!

 Practice News

* Dr. Gueldner was elected President-Elect of the Wisconsin Surgical Society at the Fall 2006 meeting in Kohler.  This is the largest surgical society in the state and focuses on surgeon education and safe surgery for patients.
He will assume office in Fall of 2007.

* Dr. Gueldner has been invited to join the Vein Affiliates (www.veinaffiliates.com) which is a premier association of surgical specialists focusing on treatment of spider and varicose veins and other venous insufficiency problems.

* Dr. Gueldner attended the American Venous Forum 18th Annual Meeting in February 2006 which hosted international speakers updating attendees on topics on Chronic Venous  Insufficiency disorders.

* In September 2005, the Wisconsin Vein Center added the premier Dornier 940 Laser system for EVLT closure of incompetent saphenous veins and to treat surface spider veins.
